Lee Valley London Skating Club

The Lee Valley London Skating Club has 5 synchronised skating teams now sponsored by ICETECHUK covering all age ranges and abilities.

• Stardust – Beginner
• Supernova – Basic Novice
• Phoenix – Mixed Age
• Aura – Senior B
• Orion – Adult

Each team meets and trains once a week – every single week of the year. Yes, even Christmas and New Year have training days. It’s a big commitment!

There are also pre-teams – one for adults and one for children.

• The Children’s pre-team practice between 12:15 and 13:30 every Saturday. Children’s pre-team members need to be under 16 and have NISA Learn To Skate level 4 or above.
• The adult pre-team is for over-18s and practice between 13:30 and 14:30 every Saturday. Adult pre-team skaters need good basic skating and will be taught basic synchro skating, particularly skating in the various holds.
