Synchronised Skating – Adult Category<\/h2>\n

Orion is coached by Chrissy Richards<\/a> and train on Saturdays every week of the year. They meet at 12:00 noon for exercise, stretching and off-ice practice followed at 13:30 for an hour of coached training on the ice. Orion also have a further coached training session on the ice every Wednesday evening from 19:00 to 19:45.<\/p>\n
