Synchronised Skating – Adult Category
Orion is coached by Chrissy Richards and train on Saturdays every week of the year. They meet at 12:00 noon for exercise, stretching and off-ice practice followed at 13:30 for an hour of coached training on the ice. Orion also have a further coached training session on the ice every Wednesday evening from 19:00 to 19:45.
Orion members need to be over 18 years of age, have SkateUK Level 8 or above and will normally start in the adult pre-team group if they have little or no previous synchro experience.
